• 32 Placo, all in Japan

• 21 Macchi and other Italian made, all in Western Europe

• 13 Reifenhaeuser , in the United States and Latin America

• 12 W+H (Windmoeller & Hoelscher), Western Europe and United States

• 12 Alpine (Hosokawa-Alpine), in the United States and Western Europe

• 10 Brampton Engineering, mostly in the United States

• 4 Kiefel, all in France

• 4 Dolci, in the United States, Western Europe and Latin America

• 4 Kuhne, all in Germany

• 2 each: Sano, Barmag and Polysystem, in the United States and Western Europe

• 1 each: Addex, Davis Standard, Ruli Standard, Alpha Marathon, Plamex, Padani, Yoo Jin, German made, Chinese made, in the United States, Western Europe, Latin America and Asia

The improvements were in Output, Film Quality, Roll Quality and RMS (Raw Material Savings):

• Improved outputs were achieved through cooling technology and bubble stabilizing including the MGC (Manual Gauge Control) and LFR (Laminar Flow) Air Rings, DIBC (Digital IBC control), IBC hardware and SCC (Scissor Calibration Cage)

• Improved film quality was achieved through the EGC (air ring based), IGC (IBC based) and BIGC (IBC based for larger than 40”/1m diameter dies) automatic gauge controls, MGC manual gauge controls as well as REDI (Regular Division) die technology

• Improved roll quality was achieved through GBRs (Gauge Band Randomizers) as well as the automatic and manual gauge controls mentioned above

• RMS (Raw Material Savings) were achieved through the IGC, EGC and BIGC automatic gauge controls with a 5 RMS value (RMS value is the annual percentage of raw material saved), MGC air ring with a 2-3 RMS, REDI die with a 2 RMS and DIBC with a 1.25 RMS
