The patent pending GBR is the only horizontal oscillating haul-off that does not cause camber (the zigzagging of the film caused by stretching over the air turning bars). The very compact design and very light weight makes it the haul-off of choice for retrofitting existing blown film lines.

The patented air turning bars allow the stickiest films to ride over them without hang-ups. It comes in sizes from 24”/610mm to 144”/3660mm rollface at 10” /25.4 mm intervals.

There are two basic models: the traditional for upward extrusion and the upside down or UDGBR model  for downwards extrusion (the latter is available only up to a 94” /2390mm) rollface.

The attached nip assemblies feature a cored (for water cooling) steel roll and a rubber roll.

The Collapsers or A frames can be equipped with carbon fiber, aluminum or segmented Teflon rollers, or maple slats for HDPE applications.

The nip assemblies and collapsers for the UDGBR are of a special design to withstand the higher air pressures in the bubble.
